    When time is limited I would cook fresh pasta, with a quick homemade tomato sauce. Its quick easy and very yummy.

    I always have veggie pasta sauce with red lentils in the freezer to quickly defrost and eat with pasta, rice or cous cous. It’s the kids favourite, takes about 15min to get dinner on the table and I know it’s packed full of vegetables.

    Smoked salmon pasta – I always keep some smoked salmon trimmings in the freezer, they come in really handy. I cook off some onion and leek, add cooked pasta, salmon, creme fraiche and chives and serve. Is really quick, easy and delicious.
