I used to love the “Tasty Tasty” ads when I was growing up, and the jingle is still definitely embedded in my brain.
The message given there was that branflakes are a tasty breakfast, but they are also very very good for you. The high fibre message which was so popular in the 1980s is still around today, but many of us have forgotten it.

The challenge consists of eating one bowl of fibre rich cereal from the All Bran range each morning for five days.
