Could YOU be our next Local Group Leader?
We are on the hunt for really special ladies who have the time and enthusiasm to create a real buzz about the mumpreneurs where they live – we're all doing an amazing job so we need to shout about it!
The role will require you to run at least one networking event per month for business mums in your local area, at a venue with a suitable creche facility. The meetings will all have a common structure, with informal networking and an arranged speaker, and will adhere to our 5 key principles: Child-friendly, Affordable, Informal, Supportive & Informative. You will be provided with your own local mini-website on which you can promote your events, your members and your sponsors, and you will benefit from support on a national level for sourcing speakers, PR and sponsorship.
This is a fantatsic opportunity to help promote your existing business on several levels:
- Build a network of likeminded business women to whom you can promote your product or service
- Explore collaborative ventures
- Generate good positive PR for yourself
- Raise your profile within your local business community
This is not a money making opportunity in itself, so we are looking for people who have a genuine desire to contribute to their local business community, and who want to help and make a difference.

Now that more and more Mum's the Boss groups are launching nationally we are keen to build up a national database of professionals who would be prepared to speak at Mum's the Boss networking meetings.

We are particularly looking for people with a business expertise, on which they could share hints and tips to our readers.
Business Book Reviews
We are currently building up extensive business book libraries at all our local networking groups, which members and visitors can then borrow to help them grow their businesses. If you have wriiten a business book and would like to send us copies for our growing library we will gladly post a review on our National blog, as well as Amazon, and share your book with thousands of other business mums.
