This is Day 4 of my 30 Day Blogging Challenge. I don’t want to spend a huge amount of time blogging at weekends so this is more of a photo post.

I love a smoothie in the morning. I like to chuck a lot of stuff in , and don’t really mind if the result turns out sludge brown. It usually tastes delicious! So this morning I made a Rainbow smoothie for breakfast.


Red Frozen strawberries

Orange – frozen melon and papaya

Yellow – frozen pineapple & fresh banana


Green – frozen spinach


Blue – Fresh blueberries


Purple – fresh grapes


Add some oats and some flax seed mix for protein, fibre and Omega 3s
